Everyone is in a state of flux. The management wants the evaluation process to get over flawlessly. In addition, the teaching staff has to labour hard. They are responsible for preparing assessment questions, conducting examinations, evaluating answer sheets, re-evaluating them, publishing results, and so on. The students on their part are under tremendous pressure to achieve academic laurels.
